Renting a Jumping Castle FAQs

Are there any weight restrictions on your jumping castles and water slides?
No, there are no weight or age restrictions on any of our equipment.
What happens if it rains on the day of my party? Will I be allowed to postpone my rental or request a refund?
Regrettably we do not offer any sort of postponement, cancellation, refund, or credit for inclement weather or any other unexpected event which may arise less than 14 days prior to the hire date. In the case of a postponement or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the hire date, the hirer will forfeit the full rental amount paid.
Can the jumping castles be used with water?
Yes, absolutely. All of our jumping castle options that include a slide with a pond at the bottom can be used with water. We would, however, like to bring to your attention that because jumping castles are stitched, the pond will not be water tight. Water will slowly leak out through the seams of the pond. For this reason, you would need to refill the pond from time to time while it is in use.
Do your prices include delivery and collection?
No, the rental prices you see on our website and pricelist do not include delivery and collection. We do offer delivery and collection to Centurion, Pretoria East, and selective parts of Midrand at an additional cost of R 120.00, and to Pretoria North, Sandton, Fourways, Randburg, Roodepoort, Kempton Park, Edenvale, Boksburg, Bedfordview, Benoni, and Alberton at an additional cost of R 170.00. If you are not based in one of these areas, kindly send us an email providing us with your full physical address and requesting a quote on delivery and collection. We will respond to you within the next working day.
Do you offer delivery and collection?

If I book a jumping castle for use on a Saturday or a Sunday, when will I receive delivery of the castle?
We deliver on Fridays between 07h00 and 18h00, and collect on Mondays between 07h00 and 18h00. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Do you offer delivery and collection of jumping castles on Saturdays and Sundays?
Unfortunately, not. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If you would like to book a jumping castle for use over the weekend then we would deliver to you on the Friday before your event between 07h00 and 18h00, and collect on the following Monday between 07h00 and 18h00.
Can I come collect and return the jumping castle myself?

You would be welcome to come and collect the castle from us yourself. However, on collection of the castle you will need to bring your original ID Document and a copy of your ID document, a proof of residence not older than three months, and a R 500.00 cash refundable deposit. These documents must be your documents as we do not accept the ID and proof of residence of a driver. The documents provided to us must be the hirer’s ID and proof of residence. The R 500.00 refundable deposit is in addition to the rental fee. The rental fee must be paid in advance via EFT in order to secure the booking, and the deposit must be paid in cash when collecting the castle. The deposit would be refunded to you in cash upon the safe and timely return of the castle.
Please note that we do not require documentation and a deposit if we are delivering the castle to your residential address. We only require the above-mentioned documentation and deposit for clients wishing to collect castles from us themselves.

How far in advance should I book?

Jumping castle rentals are seasonal, and for this reason, availability of our equipment varies, depending on the time of year. We recommend booking at least two weeks prior to the date of your event in order to avoid disappointment. However, should you contact us closer to the date of your event, we will still gladly do our best to accommodate you with a rental of your choice depending on availability for your chosen rental date.
You are also welcome to make a booking up to six months in advance should you wish to do so, but please note that we do require a payment for the full rental fee in order to secure a booking. Please also note that our office hours are from 08h00 till 17h00, Monday to Friday. Bookings can only be made during office hours, so we will regrettably not be able to assist you with a rental should you contact us on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.

How do I secure a booking for a jumping castle or water slide rental?

As a first step, kindly browse through our website and choose a jumping castle or water slide you would like to hire.

Thereafter, please send us an email with the following information:

  • Full Name and Surname of Hirer
  • Date of Rental
  • Jumping Castle or Water Slide Selected
  • Cell Phone Number of Hirer
  • Alternative Contact Number for Hirer (this can be a relative or friend)
  • Email Address of Hirer
  • Full Physical Address for Delivery and Collection
  • Delivery Time Frame (please refer to the NB below)
  • Collection Time Frame (please refer to the NB below)

NB: we deliver between 07h00 and 18h00 on Fridays, and collect between 07h00 and 18h00 on Mondays. If there is someone available at the delivery address the entire day on Friday and Monday then please complete the above details with “anytime” in the delivery and collection slots. If there will not be someone available the entire day, then kindly provide us a period of at least two consecutive hours during which we can deliver and collect (i.e. between 10h00 and 12h00 on Friday).

Once we have received the above details from you, and have ascertained that the item you are interested in booking is indeed available for the date of your event, we will respond with an Invoice for payment. You will find our banking details on the bottom left-hand corner of the Invoice. You would need to make a payment for the full rental amount within the next 48 hours after having received an invoice should you be making a booking more than seven days prior to the date of your event, or within 24 hours after having received an Invoice should you be making a booking less than seven days prior to the date of your event.

Please note that we do not reserve or confirm a booking without a payment for the full amount. For this reason, we recommend securing your booking with a payment as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, regrettably we do not accept cash on delivery. We require a payment for the full rental amount in advance in order to secure a booking and confirm delivery.
Can I pay a 50% deposit via EFT to secure my booking, and balance of payment in cash on delivery?
No, regrettably we do not accept a 50% deposit to secure a booking. We require a payment for the full rental amount in advance in order to secure a booking and confirm delivery.
Can I make a booking now and pay the Invoice at the end of the month?
Unfortunately, we do not reserve bookings without a payment for the full rental amount. Should you wish to make a booking now for one of our castles then we would send you an Invoice and you would need to make a payment for the full amount within the next 48 hours in order to reserve your booking. If you wish to only a make payment at the end of the month then you would need to make contact us again at the end of the month when you are ready to make a payment. Should the castle you are interested in still be available, we will gladly book the castle for you and send you an Invoice for payment.

Do I get a warrantee with my jumping castle purchase?
2 Years Manufacturing defect free gaurentee. This Excludes fair wear and tear.
Do you repair jumping castles?
Yes. Our facility is based in Fourways. We also collect, repair and return jumping castles in the Gauteng area at an addition charge of R170. Collections for repairs take place on Mondays and Fridays.

Can you custom design a jumping castle/inflatable?
Yes. We use CAD to design new inflatables and cut with our state of the art CNC cutter after which the jumping castle parts are welded and sewn together.
Do you do laybys?
Yes, we do offer laybys. Please contact our office to make arrangements.
What is your lead time to manufacture a new jumping castle?
Typically our lead time is between and estimated 10 and 20 working days.
Do you offer delivery and collection?
Yes, we ship our new jumping castles all over South Africa and even abroad. We also offer a delivery and collection service of jumping castle repairs in the Gauteng area.
Do you sell repair kits?
Yes, our repair kits are R250.
Can I get a discount if I order a few jumping castles?
Yes, we do offer discounts on larger orders. Please request a qoute from our office.
What are the material specs for a jumping castle?
We use locally manufactured 550 gsm PVC tarpaulin for our jumping castles. Our seams are double stitched and our top seams are welded.
Can you make and repair tents?

We do all sorts of custom PVC products including tents and marquees.
